El Tucan Realty Properties and Investments

El Tucan Realty Properties and Investments has joined in the effort to improve standards in the real estate industry in Costa Rica.  The TierraMax Costa Rica MLS is a new service that is being implemented in 2010.  The TierraMax company began contacting reputable real estate offices throughout Costa Rica in January of 2010 and invited them to join the MLS. 

The TierraMax MLS requires that real estate agents attend periodic classes and receive training, not only in the functioning of the MLS, but also outlining standard industry practices and ways to operate with other offices and agents throughout the country. 

The expectation is that within a short time the number of agents participating in the MLS will grow exponentially, providing real estate agents with a useful tool to promote their listings and to allow agents acting on behalf of buyers a wider range of listings to select from. 

The El Tucan agents support this initiative and are pleased to be among the first agencies to join the new MLS.  The first module below shows properties listed by Tucan agents in the MLS.  The second module allows you to search the MLS for properties nationwide.
